An update: Last night beta 9 was released by Apple: 10.15 Beta (19A573a) and it appears to have resolved my issue with VLC crashing when stopping a video or the video normally ending. Is there a way to easily buffer entire local files to memory, or set a buffer size to buffer local files to ram.
