Thanks for the reply.
Is it something that coud be developed in the future (and hence something I should mention in feature requests), or is the idea completely incompatible with the way VLC works?

So I can Flip reverse an image horizontally (strangely enough by selecting Flip Vertically !!). Vertically, as in, the line of reflection is a vertical line. (I presume).
