Problem was solved.
Problem was in FreeBSD 8.0. I install FreeBSD 7.3 and all leak was gone.

In vlc 1.1-git (vlc-snapshot-20100321.tar.bz2) udp not working. ... ... [0x2a020ec0] main stream debug: pre buffering and all. but mmsh still leaks memory. I think the probelm in version of FreeBSD, because I tried mms stream in version 7.2 and there mms working correctly, there was no memory leaks.
