I have been trying to find the source code for when vlc publishes the video stream to a network port so that I can create a X64 program but I can't find when this happens in the code.

all I know is that it involves winsock

I should be a little more specific sorry I need to find the code were vlc stuffs the direcshow output into a network stream or winsock
