That is not true. Serbian official alphabet is cyrillic. Of course, we have two alphabets and it is true that latin is used in modern technology as computers, but the whole country is trying to "force" people to use cyrillic in these segments too. Some big projects such as Google, Mozilla,...

I have just finished a Serbian translation for it. Note: We have two alphabets in our language, so i have done two translations for the program — Cyrillic and Latin.
