Yes, the VLC command line interface. It's so since I set up the separate instances.So opening a video file opens VLC + a terminal? That's not expected.

Anyone?"{" and "}" hotkeys do not work on my vlc (v 2.0.5), neither does "=" hotkey for the speed reset.. why?
Have you tried to remux the MPG file?
I'm not sure about what you mean, but I think not.. It just opens the first frame and nothing else happens..Does VLC complain something?
GreatTools -> Preferences... (Show settings: All) Playlist and tick the Repeat all option.
