i use formatfactory, for
1) extract audio
2) mux extracting audio and source mpg-file

but this requires time, and may be lose quality

hello! i have file. there is no sound when i open them with vlc i try in debian squeeze (testing release): vlc.v1.0.4 smplayer v0.6.8 (SVN r3213) and in windows xp sp3: vlc.v1.0.5 but totem v2.28.5 (with GStreamer.v0.10.26) in debian works fine and mediainfo says General Complete name : /mnt/ext/unt...
