Don't you have something taking your F12 focus? ?? Do you mean, have I assigned F12 to something in another program? No. I am running an AHK script, but I have not made F12 a hotkey for anything, and just to be sure, I disabled my script and still couldn’t get F12 or Shift+F12 to trigger. Alt+F12, ...
Can someone confirm that VLC does not recognize F12 at all? I’ve been trying to assign it as a hotkey, and no matter what function I give to it, it won’t trigger. I’m also experiencing the same thing with Shift+F12. Strangely, Alt+F12, Ctrl+F12, and Ctrl+Alt+F12 do work. Is this just a bug in VLC? F...

Unfortunately I can’t assign Print Screen within VLC’s dialogs since it just takes a capture of the dialog, it’s not sending the key. So I’ve found the appropriate line in vlcrc, but I’m not sure how to w...

I recently upgraded, and now I'm having trouble setting global hotkeys. Admittedly, I haven't done this in a while, but I seem to remember the process was 1. click the global hotkey you wanted to set 2. hit the key you want to assign to that function 3. click apply 4. click save, right? Well, now I ...
I also came on here to request this feature -- hiding the menu and status bars. I've arranged my "Time Bar" such that all the information displayed on the status bar is displayed there, rendering the status bar redundant. Likewise, all the menus I require are accessible via the right-click...
