Thanks for the help Arite. I didn't even think to try the dummy interface, but your suggestion does work. Hopefully there will be more builds in the near future.

Are there going to be any more Win64 builds for VLC? None of the builds in http://nightlies.videolan.org/build/win64/ will work. There is no GUI or anything.
