Wrong FPS?

I don't know for sure what is the problem with the video, but it looks like VLC tries to play it with the wrong fps.
Is there any setting to force fps?

Overflow occurs when the stream is larger than 2 GB:
Tools -> Media Information -> Statistics

dshow bgr <-> rgb

I get red and blue colors inverted in a video from dshow (webcam) with chroma RV24 (though it's OK with I420). Is it a bug and is there any command line switch or another way to do the bgr->rgb conversion?
