Thank you, I believe it's not VLC's issue, since it works well in other distributions, i just hoped that maybe someone else has noticed the same behaviour in Fedora. I have personally no idea what could be wrong.
It's me telling the VLC to close. I close it because stream stopped playing. Interface works well all the time, it's just something behing wrong. I have no idea what might that be.
