this is a critical bug.

my playlist should show the filename not some weird embedded tag or something. Please fix this asap and email us so we can use vlc again since the playlist usability is now broken for everyone.

I dont know why it doesnt say the filename anymore.

this is a critcal bug its reading some other data instead of what we name it which makes the playlist useless now.

this didnt work for me, when i open videos my 4:3 vid are still 4:3 unless I hit the a button.

I would also like to know this but because its audio and vlc is video its in the name i dont think this would ever be fixed since its not able to do stereo.

my screen is 16:9 i want it to fil the window / screen. What I am saying is if I play a video I dont want the black bars each time i switch the video and want to make the player play them all at 16:9. I know i had an older version that did it. Maybe vlc removed that ability since it is to advanced. ...

I use vlc 2. something how do I stretch the video to fill the screen?

can vlc do this? I see it listed in like 3 places to use an aspect ratio. Seems dumb being in 3 spots they cant figure out how to make it just fill the window.

I did a search and couldnt find the answer for the current version of VLC.

Where is the customize layout to add and remove buttons from the layout?

Also where is the option to prevent VLC from resizing for every video played?

Will be fixed in later releases of VLC. However, VLC 1.0 is feature-complete and can't get this option at this point. However, the next 1.0.x will include it.

I am on 1.1.2 the next version and I am still stuck with media player key integration.

I would very much like to disable this.
