I just tried another player (BS Player) to see if my problem is player specific or just my PC and I have the exact same signature with BSP. This leads me to think something changed on my PC in the past 2 weeks that caused this signature. In my opinion this is not a VLC specific issue. So my question...

Can you point me to where this setting is configured? I looked quickly under Advanced -> Video but did not spot it.
