I am attempting to transcode an HD, 103 MB AVCHD file (.M2TS) to a .MOV also in HD. I add the file to VLC's transcode queue, select all the format options, hit save, it does the little slider streaming thingy, sometimes with audio, sometimes not. Then I play the file and it's audio only. Help, pleas...
