VLC dosen't use Qt on Mac OS too?

Anyway, can I specifiy it in some configuration file or anything?
These settings have to be stored somewhere, and maybe editable.

I ended here after some reasearch on how to re-order the playlist. And no matter how hard I try, I'm unable to pop the playlist menu. I'm using VLC 1.0.3 on Mac OS 10.5.8.
