Awesome, thanks for that. I'm gonna try to hack that script into being a bit less outdated; and to work with my FLAC files instead. I'll let you know how it goes. Alright. That worked. The original M4A file sounds pretty screwed up (Not sure why. Good thing I saved the FLAC I transcoded from, I guess.) but VLC transcoded pretty accurately. Wait. All of my M4A files sound like that. And just in VLC. Crap. But anyway yeah I guess the script wasn't working. Now ...
