hi i've just finished compiling vlc on my laptop with the following configure: ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/vlc-0.8.2/ --with-ffmpeg-tree=/home/programmi/streaming/ffmpeg-0.4.9-pre1 --enable-wxwindows --enable-sout then i've tried to stream a file with: # vlc -vvv input_stream --sout '#standard{a...

i've compiled ffmpeg-0.4.9-pre1

with: ./configure --enable-pp --enable-gpl

and vlc-0.8.2

with: ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/vlc-0.8.2/ --with-ffmpeg-tree=/home/programmi/streaming/ffmpeg-0.4.9-pre1 --enable-wxwindows



and all works fine!
