So can I fix "very short jump forward" with your workaround? That's the only one I have a problem with.

Right Hotkey not working (VLC 1.1.0)
I have VLC running on Windows 7 x64 PC. I just updated to VLC 1.1.0 and now one of the hotkeys is not working. I generally bind the left cursor key to "very short backward jump" and the right cursor key to "very short forward jump". This worked fine in VLC 1.0. Since upgrading to...

SMPlayer (http://smplayer.sourceforge.net/) has this feature and it is very useful as it saves having to forward through the entire video. As a side-note this feature can be made optional.
