Builds broken since a long time!

The Win32 builds are broken for a long time now :(

The skinned Interface is unuseable, becuase the menu that usually pops up by the right mouse-button doesn't work any more! Furthermore the "Open" button is broken.

Tested every build since a few weeks. Always the same probelm

Did it exactly the same way, as you told me. Next time I started VLC it simply crashed - just as before... Had to use "Reset VLC defaults and quit" to make it start again. Of course without Skins interface. http://img451.imageshack.us/img451/2950/vlccrash6nl.gif //EDIT vlc-0.8.6-svn-200606...

All recent builds of VLC crash

All recent nightly builds for Win32 crash as soon as I switch to the "Skins 2" interface!

New Skin / Minimal-Mode button

I like VLC's new Skin, but IMO the "Switch to Minimal Mode" button in the upper right corner is a little bit suboptimal. The problem is, that I'm used to have the "Maximize" (Fullscreen) button at this position. So it often happens to me, that I accidently switch to Minimal Mode,...

VMR9 Video-Output (Bicubic / PS 2.0)

Is there a way to use video-output via VMR9 with VideoLAN? At the moment it seems to be only Overlay. I'm asking this, because in Media Player Classic I can choose "VMR9 Renderless" for video-out, and then select the "Bicubic" resizer. This resizer uses Pixel Shader 2.0. This loo...

I think x264 has a great future! Once it will become more public and more people have PCs with enough CPU power, we will see DivX and XviD disappear. Of course this won't happen suddenly, but I think stand-alone players with H.264 support will give x264 a great boost. We already have support for H.2...

You can't expect anything. It's Open Source.
Sure. But will any of the devs try to fix this?
If not, I won't be able to use VLC for most of my Videos.
