Im a developer so I dont mind trying some of the more advanced options. for example, using a logging-enabled dll, or, building my own plugin locally. Id just rather start with pointers than working toward a wrong direction

vlc runs just fine, as I outlined in my previous posts . Do you have any ideas for further debugging?

is our language number working? is it non-standard?

im running my system as Japanese, so i wonder if that changed anything.

I have confirmed that my dlls are in the correct firefox folder.

the plugin is shown under the Tools -> addons ... etc menu

I have the exact same error message in the firefox error console as carpe diem

I am running 32bit windows
