Yes it may be a lot of work - or not very much - depends on how intelligently it was originally designed and if Windows was taken into account at all with that design or re-designs since then. You can get from Microsoft - free - 64 bit versions of DirectX, their OS (albeit a virtual machine), and all their development tools (albeit not full versions - but way more than enough to do a 64 bit version of vlc). 64 bit programs are not simply about variables and such being in 64 bit... but I t...

How do I direct to different outputs on a computer?

I have multiple sound outputs on my pc - but the audio section outputs do not correspond to any of the audio outputs found in the control panel -sounds - of the computer. Is there a way to direct the sound from vlc to a specific output? Other programs - even warcraft - allows this.
