It seems that those DVD's feature a second angle. Apparently they are kind of both in the same stream? And if you play it you only see the frames for the selected view? But maybe when you jump, something goes wrong?

I have various DVD's where the Timeslider and the skip forward/backward (via right/left keys) does not work correct. The effect is as follows: TimeSlider: If I position the mouse over the slider, the hint shows the correct time. If I click in order to jump to this time, VLC adds between 30% and 50%....
