I have used 0.8.6 for years with never a single skip. I upgraded to 1.0 assuming it woul dbe enhanced or improved. Now most of my xVids skip. The video freezes, the audio continues and then the video will re-synch after about 15 seconds. Definelty something serious happening here. No idea what it is...
