Where can we find 1.0.3 RC1 release ?
This problem is not win 7 specific.I was using vista 32bit home basic.(no problem,actually it was doing with avi-xvids,but I was not wathcing avi xvids anymore)
I just installed vista 32 bit ultimate.Now it is doing the problem with both mkv and avi xvid files.

BTW I must say that VLC is not doing well with Matroska This is probably the most vague assumption ever. Sorry for that vague assumption. :D I have improved myself a little bit in these matters.I realized the problem is occuring becoz of the used x264 codec not due to matroska con.-vlc relationship...
