Actually I can count 8 icons on the screenshot and there are loads of more icons everywhere. ;) Not everyone loves to have Icons everywhere and it's a really bad excuse to say every poor windows program has shiny icons, especially if they don't. You could try Winamp 5 or Media Player Classic Home Cinema.
