Hello, Something I miss from WMP is the fact that when you select a new movie to play, and there is already one running in the background, the active window remains on the folder where you double-clicked movie to play it, rather than bring the movie window straight to the top/front of all the others...

Hello, WinXP win32 system I'm not techie, so sorry for the lack of info. Will be happy to provide any if I'm prompted. I cannot jump, skip, fast forward any of my MPEG vids. The image just freezes but the sound continues.... All other vids, with VLC1.0.0 seem ok. They all worked fine with VLC 0.9.9 ...
