Hi. I am having issues playing home videos fom a new camera with MP4 high def settings 1920x1080. Lower resolutions seems to work fine. I disabled loop filtering.

Is my computer too old? (2005 Dell Dimension XPS, Pentium 4 Processor 570 (3.8 GHz, 800 FSB), Windows XP)

Sorry - Where exactly do you do disable loop filtering? I cannot seem to find it. Thanks

I am trying to play high def MP4 files on VLC and the sound is fine but the video stops and starts. VLC will play 1280x720 30fps fine but when the camera is set for higher settings (highest is 1920x1080,60fps) I have issues. Any help here?
