Re: Clearplay-like (content filter) module exists?

the base functions could probably be used, they are just using the http commands to do most of the work, however all the actual skipping and muting is being done in Autoit and the offset generation is using bass.dll. None of the code is anything you would be able to use verbatim. It would pretty muc...

Re: Clearplay-like (content filter) module exists?

So, I was a huge supporter of all your efforts to make a skip/mute/clean/filter solution, but none of them quite did what I wanted. It just so happens that my brother and I are extremely diverse coders as well as graphic artists and web designers. We are usually very, very busy but came into some do...

Re: VLC Keeps resizing on new window

So, am I seriously the only one on this forum who noticed this? Or is there no fix which is why no one is answering? :-|

VLC Keeps resizing on new window

Old VLC used to stay small like I liked it, I keep a window open sometimes for playing new music but the new one keeps resizing if I open a new window. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this somehow a "Feature"? Example: Opening song in VLC from closed http://imageshack.com/a/img46/2281/xl...

Re: auto censor

BUT, then again, if this was a VLC only thingy, then it would be free advertisement because of it's "VLC Only" features... Try to be a little less sensitive j-b. No one is picking on you or asking you personally for anything. It is an idea in the "Feature Requests" section. Compl...

Re: auto censor

I will personally donate $25 to any person who is capable of coding a working version of this that one can actually use. Be it the VLC staff, or some random member here who makes something they/you incorporate. If you decide to take me up on my offer, PM me and I will work something out. But it must...

Re: Skipfile, Mutefile or something of the sort

Well, I had no idea something like this would be so difficult. I expected it to be a easy thing to do. Guess I was wrong. Well, dont forget about this, but I guess for now, it will be put on the back burner with the other to to's... Thanks anyways...

Re: Skipfile, Mutefile or something of the sort

Well, lack of standard for this makes it not done. But why would it have to lack a standard? It could be used for anything, yet be the same for all. A subtitle file is simply a file full of timestamps. Why could this not be? But instead of inserting words, it inserts mutes or skips. It is not as no...

Skipfile, Mutefile or something of the sort

Imagine a subtitle file. If located in the same folder as a movie file, and named the same usually, it will automatically load it. It looks at the timestamps and then inserts the text where they say. I would very much like to see something of this sort for muting or skipping. Say a movie has a borin...
