Unfortunately these options don't do what I want them to. The crop function removes a part of a video - who would want that? As for the change aspect ratio function: let's say I have a 16:9 HDTV Rip of some TV show. On my 4:3 LCD monitor it is shown with these black strips above and below the video....

I was using the KMPlayer for some time, because it has a very useful option for me, i.e. 'Correct AR of Output Device --> 1.78 (16:9 HDTV)'.
