Yes, maybe - but using the slider in the GUI works fine, so whatever the GUI is doing here, it should be possible to do this from the command line as well. Right now I workaround this issue, by streaming the file via a socket to VLC so that I can control the start position. And in order to make VLC ...

1.0.0~rc2 doesn't work either. With another VDR recording now even the seeking via the RC interface doesn't work (VLC seems to think the video starts at 09:57:00 instead of 00:00:00 - strange!)
