Ive been using VLC.. for a while and love it.. simple and quick... i have a queston i like to stream and i use FME ( Flash Media Encoder) to stream to justin.tv.. my only issue is that every video i have is diffrent size... in other words.. when i try to crop one movie .. it shows just how i want it...
