I had a similar issue that was fixed by resetting all my settings.

does Blackmagic Intensity Pro work with HDMI input?

I've been trying to get VLC to stream 720p video from my Blackmagic Intensity Pro card, but I can't get it to work. I've seen various people using these cards, and some seem to get it to work. Any tips?
