i saw the ticket... it talks of a problem with RV10 videos. My problem is with RV40 videos, i'm not sure if this makes any difference? I'm quite interested in the dll thingy, is that just for windows and linux or can i do something on my mac?

any chance i can have the process for the dll's for macosx. would really like to try and get this to work

I'm now using the release 0.9.2 and still I get no real video. I'm using a mac, 10.5 etc. I'm only getting sound, and the sound is good. I downloaded vlc 0.9.0 test 2 and tried out real media video files. They don't seem to be supported. I thought the next vlc would support real media videos since googles summer of code. Have i done something wrong or are they not yet supported.
