Sorry but can you explain how to do this with avidemux?

Ah well ok. I thought it would be a VLC issue ir something i´m sorry but I am new to this. But in the SUPER I can choose between Encoders. But there is only FFmpeg and MEncoder. Both of them give me the same result. Also I ticked Stream Copy Audio and Video so it should be the same like before just ...

I could post a sample but the audio codec wouldn't be the same because I have no prog that cuts AC-3 audio. Should I still post it?
Also I can hear sound but have no video. The sound sounds crappy though.
