Wow! It really is true - the best support only comes with software that's free.

I've been able to tweak the video settings in QuickTime so my movie appears better, and it won't be the end of the world if I can't play it in VLC. Still, would be nice to know what I'm doing wrong...

I'm having a similar problem. I am trying to play the Tomb Raider Underworld teaser trailer (.mov format - can get it here ). The video is excellent, stunning. Much, much better than if I play it using QuickTime. However, I get absolutely no audio. Audio works in Quicktime. I get audio through VLC p...
