Same issue with dual monitors here. VLC is fine on the primary monitor but if I drag the VLC window to secondary monitor and make it full screen the video is choppy, It doesnt matter if its a low res xvid or HD .mkv etc. (CPU usage is very low regardless during the choppiness so I doubt its that). Windows 7 unknown publisher pop-up everytime VLC launches

Running Win 7 RC 7100 and every time VLC launches I get a a popup asking if I'm sure I want to run the program (Unknown Publisher) Is there anyway to stop this from happening, Without completely disabling UAC? Thanks.

Driver issue. DirectX output with or without Overlay video output should work correctly, but DirectX output disables Aero. Yea even when it does disable Aero for DirectX its still pixelated. Whats wierd is the pixelation problem doesnt exist in windows media player.. So I wasnt sure if vlc or video...

I disabled (unchecked) RGB->YUV conversion but the problem still occured, But if I also uncheck Use hardware acceleration the problem goes away (I have proper black levels) is this a normal fix? or can I get this working properly with hardware accell enabled?
