If I go to the streaming box and get the command string then cancel it and go to the capture device open box and manually add it to the end of the command string there it works! VLC for pocket PC seems to have been stopped. You would have to find an old version I think.

The controller when in fullscreen can be dragged where ever you like. Mine remebers where it is. Maybe it just defaulted to the seam and you have not moved it?

Yes this is easily possible. Go Tools -> preferences Under the interface settings is interface type you need to untick the integrate video interface option.
