Support for Flash

I have tried the gnash-plugin and i seriously think VLC could have a place in bringing OSS flash to the world. VLC can already play the video formats that Flash uses, so making use of the gnash sources for actionscript and other futures should provide a competent flash player.

There are a few time-consuming algorithms like DCT that could probably be moved into a library that can use different backens. Not all parts of coding/decoding are better dune in the GPU...
