I successfully startet VLC via HTTP/PHP exec() command. I somehow can't do the same with VLM(I need to generate a mosaic). Does anyone know, whether this is possible?

You don't need VideoLAN Servers to test the application. You can view any kind of stream, generated by any kind of Streaming Server.
