I am using a radio card which supports v4l.I would like to access /dev/radio device and stream over the network.
Which command i must use?

yes.some tv channels switch between scrambled and open(not scrambled)streams.i need to discover this transition and then need to detect if my system(ci module+official subscription card) works fine for the scrambled stream.

I would like to know where to look in vlc source code to understand if a stream is scrambled and descrambling works fine.
