"Next Chapter" does not move to the next title

Hi, I've ripped a DVD (DreamWorks's Madagascar) using CloneDVD and reorganized the sequence of the titles using PgcEdit. I've included the main movie and a bunch of the special features. It plays fine in Media Player Classic, but when I try to click through the DVD to test the sequence of the specia...

Re: Problems with deleted audio and subtitle tracks

I have just downloaded DVDShrink (freeware http://www.dvdshrink.org/what_en.php) and made an ISO image of a DVD. Played it in VLC. No silent or spare tracks, everything labelled correctly. Looks like my problem is with DVDNextCopy not VLC. DVDNextCopy leaves "gaps" in the VOBs. This is no...

Re: Problems with deleted audio and subtitle tracks

Yes, I think this is a bug, but you could use PgcEdit as I suggested. And don't forget to leave the language label empty for any empty streams you add. The best way to sum up the problem is that VLC first looks at the streams in the VOB and then looks at the labels in the IFO, while other players fi...

Re: Problems with deleted audio and subtitle tracks

I did some more experimenting with this yesterday. The original DVD had four subtitles plus one commentary subtitle. I ripped it and deleted that last of the four language tracks. Using PgcEdit, I see that the ripped DVD then has four streams in the IFO file, with numbers 0,1,2,3, which are mapped t...

Re: Does VLC ignore JumpTT in First-play PGC?

I have the feeling that it might be related to this 'feature' which is enabled by default in VLC whilst it shouldn't: http://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=58776 Wow! Thanks!!! Even with the instructions in front of me, it took some time to find that settings, and I would never have gu...

Does VLC ignore JumpTT in First-play PGC?

I have ripped a DVD using CloneDVD and I'm editing it with PgcEdit. The main movie is title 5, while a special features is title 1. In the First-play PGC, I have a line that says (JumpTT) Jump to Title 5. This works fine with Media Player Classic, WMP and KMPlayer, but VLC insists on starting with t...

Problems with deleted audio and subtitle tracks

Hi everybody, I used CloneDVD to copy a DVD. I has several audio and subtitle tracks. I kept three audio tracks (English, Norwegian and English Director's Commentary) and four subtitle tracks (EN, NO, EN (DC), NO (DC)). However, when I tried playing the IFO/VOB files on my computer before burning us...
