Solved my problem. All I did was turn languy99's post into a .reg file. You can download it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?0ulymzniz52 Then after that Goto Control Panel Default Programs Set Your Default Programs Select VideoLan Client Set this program as default -OR- Choose defaults for this program

Vcorle, that method does not work for me.

I am running it as Administrator, in fact I have the built-in Administrator account active, and that's what I use.

Everything was fine until I had to run WMP to play an IV50 file. Now all my associations are stuck to WMP.

Annoying Windows 7 Taskbar

Why is it whenever I click any of the play controls in VLC while in fullscreen mode the Windows 7 Taskbar pops up and gets in the way?

I searched around and have tried messing with the compatability settings for VLC and nothing is working.

Is this problem going to be fixed soon?
