Hi unfortunately I cannot help you, but I think you can help me :) please I am trying to do excactly same thing as you, but I always get error Streaming / Transcoding failed: VLC could not open the encoder. I am trying to stream and transcode at the same time .mkv to MPEG2. So maybe I am using wrong...
