Thanks, but I used to use FFDshow, but I like VLC better. Some other players have settings to fix this, so maybe I can change it in VLC to?

For example in SMplayer:
Go to video > aspect ratio > 4:3 letterbox.

Problem 4:3 TV & 16:9 movie

I use a 4:3 tv (nvidia graphics on computer), but how can i get a 16:9 movie to be 16:9 on my tv? Now the 16:9 picture is strech 4:3 on my tv?

Have you tried to change overscan size from NVIDIA control panel?

Yes.. That one is the problem. It can't remember my settings. I have tried allot of drivers, same bug! Anyone found a trick to fix this?

Tv-out problem (Nvidia)

I can't see 100 % of my s-video tv-out picture on my 4:3 TV (800x600) in fullscreen. I use clone in WinXP and on my tv I see 85-90 % of width of the movie. How can I fix this? I have the latest Nvidia drivers (no beta) and 7600gs. I have don't use VLC because of this... If I use ffdshow I can change...
