I have VLC 2.0.5 and win7 how do I get VLC to show my .VOB Video Files as Thumbnail Frames and not VLC Icones?

What is DVD NAV?

You don't mean my DVDs do you you mean the Feature that lets VLC navageat the DVD Menus right?

The reply to my post never got to me.
If I play a DVD and sellect No DVD Menus it plays without skipping.

But if I go through the menue and go to play the movie the whole movie will skip?

Why?

OK I whent to Media Open Disc and put check in No DVD Menus.

And it seams to play without skipping.
why I meen even if I start in the menu I will still go to the Movie??

do i have setup simple DVD in the list or can i open it in the main player?

My DVD drive is an iDE drive so what sould my DMA be set to?

OK I am in the screen you gave me.

And I set it to Cash size 5000 ms

and it still skips?

I did it I clicked on the = infront od access modulas.

and the closest in the list was VCD and when I click it I can changes the Chash size in ms.

But I do not see anything in the list for DVD

I see Acsess Modlua and a dropdown list in this list is no DVD????????????

I set the Buffer Cash size to 5000

and saved settings and re started and still skips DVD playback???

When I go into DVD Modula I go into the dropdown list and see no DVD the Closest I see is VCD so I set it to the word Default??

I have VLC 1.1.2 how do I change my Cash Memory Size?

When I play any DVD vlc skips what can I try in the settintgs to help this?

I have an iPod Nano and I don't have to use iTunes with it. You can use Winamp to sync with it or Media Monky to sync with it.

Can I use VLC to sync with it??

I have VLC media player and I m setting the shortcutt keys.
When I look in the list I see it has
Faster and the key +
And it has Slower and the key -

Now when I play a video file I hit the - Key but the clip does not go Slower why am I not useing the keys right????????????

When I go into File Open Capture Device in vlc I can pick Desktop or Direct Show or DVB Direct Show.

If I pick DVB Directshow I have a list that I don't know what they are for
DVB 5
DVB C
DVB T
ATSC

Please just tell me what eatch one is used for?

Well if I don't Un install vlc and Re install it is there another way to get vlc to play just video??

Can't I go into some kind of setting and pick just Audio Formats???

I have used vlc player for every type of file.
But now I use Media Monky just for audio files.

I put this in the Coffee Curner I use BS Player to play DVDs and all file formats and it has a TV Tab. I have a Firewire coming into my Computer and wanted to know how to get it to display the Video? I click the TV Tab but it opens the screen but does not display anything so I may have to set it up.

I have the New VLC and wen I play an MP3 from a Talk Radio Show it skips every fue sec.
But if I play an MP3 Music file that is 128 kbps it plays good.

The Talk Radio file is 48 kbps can this have to do with it skipping?
