What i did was create a new folder in C:/Users/Me/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files/VideoLAN/VLC/skins Then I opened the editor and created a new skin in that folder the same name as the folder. Then I moved the images to the folder I created.... Saved the vlc when i was done with it and poof...
