I'm not having any luck using VLC to upscale video either. It's not obvious what, if any advanced settings are necessary. OK, I did my testing and to be thorough, I did in on 3 different video cameras, with 3 different media players. I've got images to post but I don't know how to do it in this forum. My images are PNG files and they are on my computer, not on a web site, so I can't use a "Img" button above w...
