Actually, Vlc2.0.3 and Vlc2.0.5 and Vlc1.X all are OK (without --sout-ffmpeg-strict)

I use vb=vbvmax=vbvbuf*fps to sout a good cbr stream. but the picture quality is not good.

How can I set vb in transcode for R1.1.1?
I try to set it vb=1800, but the result is around 900 and vb=5800 the result is around 2500.
I know R1.1.1 have lots of difference with R1.0.X. could someone tell me the command line change between 1.0.X and 1.1.1?

I try lots of R1.1.0 and R1.1.1 version. all are failure.

I face color space problem also.
I use a VGA capture card to capture VGA input signal from a computer. vlc player show "lack-color" picture.

update two cases:
1. the receiver will no picture(only sound) after R110 or R111 file input loop.
(in this case, sout only works in setup from qt4 interface. vlm config still don't work)

2. the receiver will no any input after r110 or r111 stream windows click stop and start.

receive a http stream and transcode a udp multicast stream.
but it will take so long time to get stream.


transcode a 8K or 12K mp4a audio. the voice is very bad. almost can not hear the words.
I try it with R105, the ab must >32K. otherwise the output voice is bad.
