I tried this, now it pauses VLC, but the playlist items aren't included automatically into VLC´s playlist. I have to click on the playlist *.pls to expand it. Is it possible to automatically expand all items of a *pls playlist to VLC´s playlist?

I am using VLC 1.0.0 on Windows XP and the "always on top" setting won't work although it is switched on under the video preferences. The player always hides behind another window. Are there another settings I have to change?

It won't work on the interface without menus, too.

One option is to add

vlc://pause:<seconds> Special item to pause the playlist for a certain time

as first playlist item.

Another possibility for me would be the removal of the "leave full screen" button and configure VLC to close in case of pressing the stop button. Is there a way to do that?
