What theme is that that makes the start button and taskbar black in that screen-shot?! I want it

I'm trying to play an anime with VLC, and through a little bit of fiddling around found an issue. During the episode, the file plays fine with the subtitles turned on, however during the intro and ending VLC locks up and crashes. I THINK this has something to do with the fact that it's trying to dis...

Never mind, it seems to be only with specific files in the series, as if the encoding was a little off. Odd.

Same problem. Subtitles are delayed by 1-3 seconds. They weren't at first, and now for some reason they are. What is goin' on? OGM files. Trying to reduce the subtitle delay does nothing.
